How it works

A pathway, not a one-off test

Testing only matters if it changes what you do on Monday. Here's how the assessment turns into training, and how we know it's working.

Four steps

Assess → Report → Plan → Progress review

Most players cycle through this every 8–12 weeks, aligned to their tournament block.

  1. 01

    Assess

A 60-minute on-court field assessment across the five physical categories that drive tennis performance.

  2. 02

    Report

Your Player Pathway Report: a Performance Capacity Score out of 100 and an Injury Risk rating, explained in plain English.

  3. 03

    Plan

A prioritised action plan — what to work on first, why it matters for your tennis, and how to do it.

  4. 04

    Progress review

Re-test after a training block so improvement is measured, not guessed. Adjust the plan from real data.

What a parent can expect

You drop your player at the court for an hour. A few days later you receive a report you can actually read: two scores, a short explanation of what's holding them back, and a clear list of what will help. From there it's your call — take the plan to your own coach or trainer, or train with us.
